我觉得UGC是一个伪命题，UGC不是商业模式，它很难做迭代。但对于真正的“超级预言家”来说，他们只会将情绪作为帮手，情绪有助于他们从每一次的结果中获取经验教训，从而在未来做出更好的决策。因此上交所质疑这个行为的合理性，并要求说明这一行为是否为故意增加资产，规避借壳上市。
